Yoga is a powerful practice to prepare you for birth and for your life ahead as a parent – the most transformative experience of many human’s lives. This class, specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy, will help you connect with your innate body wisdom and your growing babe. We will work with postures to improve balance and circulation, strengthen muscles, and connect you to your changing body. We will also explore breath techniques, meditations and visualizations to strengthen your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, and to support the birth and beyond. The class is also an opportunity to connect with other parents-to-be in a safe and nurturing environment.

We will warm up with partner yoga and thai massage, passing through hands on tips to support women in labour with touch, traditional Mexican rebozo techniques, breath & holding space with confidence!
Pregnancy is a transitional time for women and men, and a great opportunity to step into being a solid, loving team. Your partner can be anyone who will be with you during labor.
No prior yoga experience is necessary and classes are designed for all trimesters of pregnancy.
